Labour did not make the following spending commitments as claimed by the Tories
We would not:
a) reverse the £3.3bn of cuts to local govenment
b) lift the 1% cap on public sector pay rises
c) ban food from land fill sites
d) overturn £83m cuts to the Arts Council
e) boost spending on cycling
f) give the Green Investment Bank £3.7bn of borrowing powers
g) spend an extra £1.36bn on ensuring GP's appointments within 48 hours.
